Cardamom essential oil is antiseptic and high in antioxidants. It exerts a fortifying influence on mental functioning, reducing drowsiness and improving concentration. Renowned for its grounding powers, this member of the ginger family has a gentle character, making it ideal as a warming addition to massage oil blends for most skin types.
Black Pepper essential oil is warming, anti-bacterial, detoxifying and high in antioxidants.
Vanilla extract is sweet, warm, complex and comforting. It's best known as an anti-depressand and aphrodisiac.
DIRECTIONS: Lightly mist over bare skin and hair for a delicate, long-lasting fragrance. Use as a room freshener, or mist lightly over sheets and pillow cases.

Lovely spritz!
I recently kicked all perfumes and body sprays out the door so I was so happy to find this! The cardamom vanilla has such a warm cozy smell! Spray on when I get ready and catch a lovely whiff here amd there throughout my day!
