STEP 3: TONE
Tone and balance your skin’s pH. Apple and chamomile distillates soothe your skin while witch hazel removes impurities. Horse chestnut, celebrated for it’s ability to repair damaged skin and decrease redness, leaves you feeling calm and fresh.
Directions: After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad and sweep over your face in upward motions. Follow with your favorite serum and moisturizer.

KEY INGREDIENTS:
Apple Fruit Hydrosol is made by steam distilling fresh organic apples. Retaining trace elements from fresh apples, it hydrates and nourishes the skin. The gentle astringent and toning properties in apple tighten pores and help prevent acne.
Chamomile Flower Hydrosol is made by steam distilling the fresh flowers. It comforts and moisturizes the skin. The natural antihistamine compounds in chamomile soothe and calm inflammatory skin conditions.
Horse Chestnut Extract is very soothing to the skin and contains compounds that strengthen capillaries, decreasing the appearance of spider and varicose veins and rosacea. Rich in antioxidants, it helps reverse skin aging caused by sun and environmental damage.
Witch Hazel Extract acts as an astringent, causing your tissues to contract to help shrink pores, while also soothing your skin and relieving inflammation. Our witch hazel is sustainably wildharvested and steam distilled right here in Oregon.
Aloe Vera is rich in vitamins and minerals and calms, cools and soothes the skin. Ours is organically grown and carefully harvested in the USA.
Radish Root Ferment Filtrate is a cutting edge, probiotic preservative derived from radishes fermented with leuconostoc kimchii; a lactic acid bacteria that has traditionally been used to make kimchi. Shown to have amazing antimicrobial benefits, the active ingredient is a skin-friendly peptide released from leuconostoc kimchii bacteria during the fermentation process. As a peptide, it also acts as an effective moisturiser. Plus, it may benefit acne prone skin by gently inhibiting growth of active bacteria at the skin’s surface.

Apple-icious!
I love this toner. The scent is clean and bright - like biting into an apple. And it feels great on my skin. I use the toner with the apple stem cell serum and daily radiance cream and I do feel like my skin is looking brighter. I also haven't seen the drying I generally experience in the winter.

Thought I'd give it a try
Beause I have had such phenomonal results with AOS products, i thought I would give the new "Apple" line a try. I was doubtful anything could be better, or would be appropriate for my older skin.... What I ordered was the Micellar water, the Toner, and the Stem Cell serum. Remarkable! First few days I fussed around with different ways to use the first two. I do understand the Micellar is a clanser, but i found it sticky. Then I tried using a cotton pad saturated with it to wipe off oily residue, and then gently follow with a CLEAN face cloth with warm water. THEN I followed with the Toner! Perfect! Followed with the AMAZING Stem Cell Serum. This stuff is noticably different. Only need afew drops, it spreads. I usually follow with the Phyto Day Moisturizer...but today I was feeling frisky and I tried something new: Following the first three steps (not the moisturizer) I tried this...I put into my palm 2 drops of the Saphire Oil, with a drop of Phyto serum and then about 5 drops of the C serum. and just squashed it into my face, neck and chest, patting along until absorbed as much as possible. Got to wait a minute or two. Also, I am not kidding about "DROPS", these products ar powerful. Ready to apply makeup, I Used a light brushing of transluscent mineral powder to take off the shine - again LIGHT. It is now six hours and my skin looks and feels good. I think I found something amazing. For an occasional lift, I regularly use the Cooling mask (with Saphire Oil - 2 drops) and on other days the Primrose mask. Jeeze, what a difference. I started using thes products about 1 1/2 years ago during a trip to Bend, and have been a faithful client all the way from San Jose,Ca ever since. They are very prompt with delivery, by the way! I am a believer. Smiles and kisses to all.
