• Should I wear makeup to my appointment? It's best to have a clean face so we can see your beautiful skin in all its radiance.
• What is your return policy? While we don't offer returns on opened products, we do offer store credit if a product that we recommended isn't working for your skin.
• What can I expect to receive from my Virtual Consultation? You'll receive a written Skin Rx that includes a summary of our discoveries, product recommendations, and instructions for use.
• What do I need to do a video consultation?
  A good email address to confirm your appointment and receive your follow up email. An iPhone for FaceTime and a Computer or Phone with camera for Zoom. You'll need to set up a free Zoom account (we'll send you an email for that).
  A steady internet connection.
  A well-lit space.
• How can you evaluate my skin virtually? We'll combine what we can see with our in-depth Q&A discussion.
• What if I am running late or forget my appointment? We often schedule appointments back-to-back and your appointment will end at the scheduled time. We recommend that you get your computer or phone set up at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a "no-show", we'll charge the full $100 for your appointment.

• What's your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. We set aside everything to be fully present for you. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment unless we are able to fill the appointment. Of course, please let us know if you have extenuating circumstances or an emergency.
