We recommend starting once a week and working up to twice weekly double exfoliation. The Ultra C Serum is for daily use.Directions: Once a week, apply the Coconut Lactic Peel as directed, rinse off after 15 minutes. Follow by scrubbing with the Cucumber Face Polish. Rinse. Apply a thin layer of the Ultra C Serum and follow with your favorite moisturizer.
