Can I use my Green Points along with another Coupon or Discount Code? No.  Green Points Can't Be Stacked on top of other coupon codes or discounts. You can only use one coupon or discount code per order.

Can I use more than one Green Points Discount Code per order? No, you can only use one Green Points discount code per order.

I added my Green Points code during checkout and then they disappeared. What happened? 

• No Stacking Green Points on Top of Subscriptions: If you only have subscription products in your shopping bag, your Green Points code will not work because you can only receive one discount per product or order.
• Only 1 Discount Per Order: If you typed in another Coupon Code after entering your Green Points discount code, the Coupon Code will override your Green Points. Only one Coupon or Discount Code can be used per order. 
• Full Price Items Only: If you only have sale or clearance products in your shopping bag, you cannot stack any other Discount or Coupon Codes on top of the sale prices.

Help! My Green Points discount code didn't work - how do I use that code for a future order? No worries! Please sign into your aos Skincare online account and click "My Rewards" at the top of the Home Page. Scroll down and click "My Rewards History". Copy the code you want to use and paste it into the Discount Codes box during checkout.

Do My Green Points expire?

Yes, after six months of inactivity points will expire. You will receive an email reminding you it’s time to use your points.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

All points will be deducted from your account if a product is returned.

Why aren’t my Green Points showing up on the Checkout Page?

Green Points do not automatically appear during checkout - you must first Redeem your Green Points, copy the discount code and paste it into the Discount Code box during checkout.

Points can not be stacked on top of other sales, discounts, specials and do not accumulate on subscription products.

   - If we’re running a special or sale (for example, a Storewide sale or GWP- Gift With Purchase), you can use either your points or receive the sale pricing or GWP.

   - If you type a Discount Code into the box provided, your points will disappear and will not be available to use for that purchase.

   - Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
