Shipping & Account Support
We ship Tuesday-Friday and will ship your order as quickly as possible. We craft your skin care in small batches and although we strive to keep everything in stock, we do run out of products now and then. Chances are, your order will ship the next day, but please allow 2-7 business days for us to carefully create, pack and ship your products. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on where you live.
We are located in a small town in Central Oregon. Free Shipping orders ship via USPS (US Postal Service). They transport your package over a mountain pass (Mt. Hood) to the USPS center in Portland. Once there, your package is driven to your doorstep. This process (quite miraculously) can take just 3-10 days.
In a hurry? Have a deadline (like a birthday)? Give us a call. We'll be able to tell you exactly when your package will ship and give you an estimated arrival date, depending on your shipping choice.
UPS Ground and Next Day Air Orders:
We prioritize express ship orders, but please remember that we're a small company and it still may take a few days for your order to leave our shop. Please remember, once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over the timing or delivery- that's up to the carrier.
While we don't do exchanges, you may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We do not accept returns of opened and used products. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please don't be shy! Give us a ring or email if you have any concerns about your product(s).

Not at this time. If you want to place an order with us and are outside of the USA, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, the products you'd like to purchase, and we will reach back out to you within 1-2 business days.
We guarantee all of our formulas to be fresh and viable through the "Best By" date printed on a sticker you'll find somewhere on your bottle or jar (it's usually on the bottom).
Subscribe & Save
Brand new for 2023, AOS offers 30, 60, and 90 day subscriptions on most products! Simply tick the subscription box that appears on each eligible product page, select your frequency and then proceed to checkout.
You must set up an account to create and manage subscriptions. Once you do, you can log in to your account and manage your subscriptions to modify or cancel your subscription as needed.
For our 30, 60, or 90 day plans, it will automatically bill the customers after the defined interval frequency of the recurring orders. You will receive an email reminder 1 day before you are scheduled to be charged.
You can pause your subscription, skip an upcoming shipment, change the interval frequency of your recurring subscription, and delete your subscription.
All changes must be made at least 2 business days before the next shipment is scheduled to process.
After your second subscription replenishment of the same subscription item is charged you may cancel any future subscriptions of that item.
Each Subscription order automatically receives 10% off + free US shipping year-round. Unfortunately, you cannot apply or stack other promotional codes, discounts, or sale offers to your subscription order. In order to use other promotional codes, discounts, or sale offers you can skip your scheduled order by using the Skip Shipment option in the Subscription section of your account and place your order manually through standard checkout.
