Refunds - Returns - Exchanges

We guarantee all of our formulas to be fresh and viable through the "Best By" date printed on a sticker you'll find somewhere on your bottle or jar (it's usually on the bottom).

There are no refunds, but you can return any eligible product within 45 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have many products so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.

Will I get a refund for an item purchased as part of a sale, promotion, clearance or Fond Farewells?

Clearance and Fond Farewells products are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest-priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your credit will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

-Receipt (original or copy) - required

-Preferred email address

-Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)

NOTE: When we receive your items, we will email you with instructions and information about how to apply the online credit from your returned products when purchasing new products online.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• Gift Cards are not eligible for sale or promotional discounts or codes.
• This card is redeemable by the bearer for merchandise at aosskincare.com.
• Eligible goods are subject to change in our sole discretion. Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
• Your gift card balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards do not expire.
• If your gift certificate is lost or stolen, please contact us at customercare@aosskincare.com and we'll do our best to locate the digital copy.
• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining terms and conditions.
