SHIPPING
We ship Monday-Friday and will ship your order as quickly as possible. We craft your skin care in small batches and although we strive to keep everything in stock, we do run out of products now and then. Chances are, your order will ship the next day, but please allow 2-7 business days for us to carefully create, pack and ship your products. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on where you live.
We are located in a small town in Central Oregon. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping and you choose that option, we will ship your order via UPS or USPS (US Postal Service). They transport your package over a mountain pass and then to your doorstep. This process (quite miraculously) can take just 3-14 days.

Give us a call. We'll be able to tell you exactly when your package will ship and give you an estimated arrival date, depending on your shipping choice.
UPS Ground and Next Day Air Orders:
We prioritize express ship orders, but please remember that we're a small company and it still may take a few days for your order to leave our shop. Please remember, once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over the timing or delivery- that's up to the carrier.
Returns - Exchanges
We guarantee all of our formulas to be fresh and viable through the "Best By" date printed on a sticker you'll find somewhere on your bottle or jar (it's usually on the bottom).Â
While we don't do cash refunds, but you may return a product within 45 days of purchase for store credit. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please don't be shy! Give us a ring or email if you have any concerns about your product(s). When returning a product that isn't to your liking, shipping charges are your responsibility (we do not charge shipping for defective products, however).
