New Roots, Stronger Botanicals, and Growing Community
As the year draws to a close, we’re gathering our thoughts softly, like herbs hung to dry in the gentle winter air. 2025 shaped aos in profound and purposeful ways. We saw transformation, innovation, reconnection, and a beautiful expansion of the community that carries this brand forward.
In August 2025, Angelina, the founder of aos, transferred ownership to Elisa Wiley. For 17 years, Elisa has stood beside Angelina, beginning her journey at the formulation table handcrafting products, learning raw botanicals by scent, texture, and time-honored process. Over the years, Elisa stepped into the role of VP of Operations, where she oversaw production, fulfillment, and shipping with a steady, thoughtful hand.
Seeing many of you connect with Elisa this year for the first time has felt like watching seedlings take root. These relationships matter to us. They are the heart of slow beauty, shared knowledge, and trusted craft.
Angelina continues supporting aos part-time as business consultant, product formulator, and writer. Her research, education, and botanical expertise remain infused into every formula and message we share.
2025 Highlights
March: The launch of Frankincense Hydrosol Calming & Regenerative Facial Mist, a soothing mist that offered sensitive skin a moment of calm and aromatic grounding.
June: The seasonal return of Neroli Sun, a cult favorite in aos Body Care, bringing back bright citrus blossoms and that familiar summer glow.
August: A formulation milestone for two trusted staples. We enhanced the Skin Doctor Salve with even more concentrated healing extracts of arnica and St. John’s wort, and at the same time enriched the Deep Freeze Sore Muscle Rub formula with higher potency arnica and St. John’s wort for deeper relief and more effective results. These formulas were strengthened together, sharing the same botanical intention, research, and purpose.
September: The return of Pumpkin & Apple Enzyme Radiance Mask to help brighten and renew after summer sun, alongside the seasonal return of Cardamom Vanilla body care and the refreshing Peppermint Pedi-Cure Foot Cream, nourishing companions as the air turned cooler.
November: After years of research, development, and testing, we launched the Sweet Lupine Vitamin A, C & E Brightening & Firming Serum, our most potent facial oil serum to date.
Each release was guided by research, plant efficacy, intentional sourcing, and formulas crafted to truly support your skin.
Growing Community and Care
This year, aos expanded our reseller community, welcoming more partners across the United States. We are excited to continue growing relationships with skincare and medical professionals in 2026, offering more customers the opportunity to experience personal skincare consultations and the ease of in-person shopping. Being able to speak to a professional face-to-face, receive guidance tailored to your needs, and shop locally with convenience brings a deeper layer of care to the aos experience.
A Look at 2026
We’re preparing the return of a long-awaited and beloved facial serum, better than ever. Limited edition body care treats are coming for Valentine’s Day, grounding body care inspired by Pacific Northwest forests, summer surprises, and fall favorites returning right on time.
We’re also deepening partnerships with organic farms and continuing to root our formulations in ethical sourcing, research-driven botanical chemistry, and plant-based skincare that supports radiant, healthy skin.
